Yes! You can start your course at any time. Our courses are designed so that every lesson can be studied independently. If you want to start in September at the same time as the school year, then that's fine. And if you want to start in the middle of January or at the end of May, that's fine too!

You will listen to real English, watch videos, do interesting interactive activities and test your progress regularly. The choice is yours. We will do our absolute maximum to provide you with stimulating material which will make you want to study hard every week! The more often you read and listen to English, the better. But in the end your are the master of your progress.

Every week! Little by little, and regularly is the best way. It is also a good idea to go back and review earlier lessons from time to time. And above all - have English in your heads, eyes, ears, mouths and fingers as often as possible! We will do our best to help.

Who are you, exactly?  ñ

Hotch Potch English is the creation of British language specialist, Sab Will. Sab has more than 15 years' experience teaching English in France and giving talks around the world. He has a diploma from Cambridge in teaching English and has worked with adults and children in many different situations. Sab has developed a team of independent specialists who are all dedicated to helping you improve your English as quickly as possible.

Our team is made up of specialists in general English, business English and teaching children, as well as exams experts and teacher trainers. We work closely together to make sure our courses are among the most modern and stimulating available. And we are always happy to hear from you with your comments and suggestions.

How do I pay?  ñ

We use Paypal, the world's most popular on-line secure payment system.

Is it safe?  ñ

Absolutely. Paypal, part of eBay, is the biggest secure global on-line payments system, and is trusted by millions of people. It is actually much safer than traditional methods of payment. We never see your bank details and have no access to your personal information at any time.

What if I don't have a Paypal account?  ñ

No problem. Paypal now accepts many credit cards directly. You do not have to become a member of Paypal to buy your Hotch Potch English Language Packs.

What if I don't have a credit card?  ñ

Bank transfers are also possible - please get in touch with us directly for your special payment requirements.

Will I be charged automatically every year?  ñ

No. If you decide to continue for a second year you will need to buy a new pack. Of course we hope you will do this and stay with us for many years!

Can I get a refund?  ñ

Of course if you would prefer not to continue just tell us at any time in the first 30 days after you buy your pack and we will give you a full refund. And you keep your introductory gifts too.

What discounts do you offer?  ñ

Lots! All of our Language Packs offer an excellent 33% discount on the price of the individual modules. And if you buy all our modules together it goes up to 50%!

Do you have gift vouchers?  ñ

Yes. There are two ways to offer our Language Packs as a gift. 1) Buy the pack and include a message with the name and e-mail of the person. We will send a message to that person with a beautiful gift voucher telling them about your gift. 2) Ask us to send a gift voucher to the person and let them visit the site and choose their Language Pack. Then buy the pack for them with a note telling us who it is for. A fantastic present for an enthusiastic English learner!

Do you give private lessons?  ñ

Certainly! Through our sister site, Will Power English, we provide personalised language coaching for professionals and highly motivated individuals. This is currently available in France but we are working on extending our system to other countries in the future. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining us, as either a language coach or a coachee.

Do you give language talks or seminars?  ñ

Yes. Sab Will is available for professional language training sessions and presentations in France and worldwide. Please get in touch with your request and we will offer suggestions to help you. We have a network of highly professional international speakers we can call on to meet almost any language need you may have.

Is it really more difficult than any other language? It all depends on your teachers and the method used, as well, of course, as your mother tongue and your previous language learning experiences. We have created special School and Company Language Learning Packs just for you! You create your custom Language Pack and choose the number of student accesses (by e-mail) you want.
